Biography   DJ Vertigo DJ Vertigo, born in Turku (Finland) in 1980, became a DJ during the nineties and since then he has been busy spinning records in Finland and abroad. Although he started playing various music in his early days, Vertigo found quite fast his path to house music. After that, it didn't take long before Vertigo started to promote his own nights in Turku. Club Ccino, Spin, Attick and Funkin Dump helped Vertigo to gain respect and become well-known throughout Finland. Soon he found himself spinning records in neighbouring towns. 2000 was a big break for Vertigo as he played his favourite house music at one of the biggest Scandinavian music events "Koneisto". A year later, Vertigo made his debut in Estonia playing at various clubs next to a set at the Sun Dance Music Festival which attracted more than 30 000 clubbers across the region. Vertigo has performed at every SDMF between 2002 and 2005. DJ Vertigo has been involved in several concepts throughout Finland : Club Cchino (Weekly summer-club in Pori), Funkin Dump (2-weekly club-night in Rauma), Attic (Monthly clubnight in Rauma) and Diiva (3 times a week, club-night in Turku), Dance Factory (Stage in RMJ-Festival) Currently Vertigo's main focus goes to Club Diiva/Diiva Ug (Turku), Superfint (Turku), Bar Hovi (Rauma) & JAMit (Rauma). DJ Vertigo has committed his career as a DJ to learning the Finnish crowds how to appreciate House-music, and throughout his career he has gained lots of respect from various Club-owners, Promoters and most importantly : Various crowds. This is the main reason Vertigo is always welcomed back with open arms in all of the clubs he has played in. Beside all these things Vertigo has made a great connection with the legendaric swedish deejay and producer Stonebridge who has helped Vertigo to getting in more professional in dance scene.
